Postage & Shipping info
Goods are charged at the current contract rate I have with Australia Post on the actual weight plus distance only (no cubic weight factor) and is inclusive of packaging costs for the item. If you require EXPRESS POST you must advise me of this before payment is made so I can quote on this. Before payment is made will streamline for a faster delivery.
SPECIAL DELIVERY ITEMS/OVERSIZED ITEMS:
If you require any special delivery needs and/or if the item is oversized then a separate method will have to be used. Aus post has weight restrictions up to 22kg Domestic & 20kg International with size limitations also. (remember I do not charge the cubic weight on anything with Aus Post) but any other method may incur the cubic weight to be factored in.
DOMESTIC:
Tracking will be provided for almost all items, and you can go to the link situated on the Aus Post website to follow it yourself without asking me for an update, You will be notified when item is posted & may get updates through Aus Post/Paypal to your mobile and/or email address.
INTERNATIONAL:
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct & in plain ENGLISH as we need this for tracking & all AUSTRALIA POST & CUSTOMS FORMS
All items will have a tracking number, this will be provided to you. You should be able to follow the link from your paypal page. Note - until the parcel is processed through YOUR country's customs & is handed over to the local post authority TRACKING MAY NOT WORK - Tracking will or should work on your country's post website. Updates should be emailed to you on the progress of trackable parcels
All parcels can be sent INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS at the buyers request at checkout
All orders to the U.S.A. as of OCT 2025 will have the new HS TARRIF taxes added after purchase due to the additional costs involved. That will be advised ASAP after payment as we cannot give a correct amount due to the complicated & exhaustive methods required - plus we simply don't know for up to 48 hours AFTER we pay import duties because of the system setup on ZONOS .
*No goods will be sent until the tarrif costs are paid in full
The following country's now refuse or do not comply with the International Post Agreement for scanning barcodes/handlling parcels & prosessing items in a timely manner. So the item may not show up on your country's post website until you sign for it. FRANCE, CANADA, MEXICO, ITALY, HUNGARY, BRAZIL & MOST OF SOUTH AMERICA
All goods are sent with the assumption that the buyers will/have comply/complied with their respective Country's import laws, Aussie Digger Militaria cannot be held responsible for any duties and/or taxes imposed by the respective Government authorities & Law Enforcement/Legislation regarding permits and/or licencing. It is up to the buyer to ensure that they comply with all respective Laws and or Authorities regarding any/all items that they purchase from Aussie Digger Militaria.
PICK UP/COLLECTION IN PERSON:
No worries but you must notify us, collection will be by appointment only

While we ship items as soon as practicable we are at the mercy of Aus Post after handing over to them,
try this link for a guidline but take all info with a grain of salt as INT deliveries may take longer due to time of year (Easter & Christmas etc) & will depend on weather issues in your area/country

If you're outside OZ then we prefer Paypal.

Return/Refund Policy
Full refund if item is not as described. No refund guranteed if customer changes mind or purchases the wrong size or style.
Customer must advise within 7 calandar days of receipt of goods if there is any issue please
No returns or Refunds if customer simply changes their mind (buyers remorse)
If an incorrect size was ordered an exchange may be granted once item has been returned in same condition as sent, but postage will be required for return
No refunds or returns will be granted if an item had to be purchased in or was a special order or size/style
WHAT can be returned?
Used (second hand) items are not returnable or refundable. They are sold "As is"
New items may have a warranty, or can be returned if not fit for purpose (made incorrectly) and then either be exchanged or repaired at our discretion.
Goods damaged in transit.
If goods are received damaged all claims must be notified to us ASAP & then we'll start the process with Australia Post or if you are outside Australia contact us ASAP as you may be up to you to liase with your local delivery carrier. They will have the correct claim form. We would like to be notified so we can help with this process and speed it along where necessary. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs by shipping carriers. INT orders will have some form of compensation available if goods are damaged so again get the claim form from your carrier and notify us straight away. We cannot fill out any claim forms and do not have these claim forms.

Aussie Digger Militaria cannot be held responsible or liable for any uniforms and/or equipment used or worn that has been altered or changed to be used/worn in any way shape or form AFTER it has come into your possession if such alteration has/& or changed the original useage/purpose of said item.
WHEN do items need to be returned by? Goods must have a claim within 7 days after they have been received (or as soon as practicable) & must then be returned within a reasonable time after we have given the authority to do so.

HOW do customers return items? If possible always return in original packaging. SHIPPING for returns? Original shipping rates are not refundable unless incorrect item was shipped, customer must pay for shipping the return item which then after consultation may be refunded
CREDIT for returns? Store credit only after consideration of circumstances. A full refund may be granted but see above remarks. Instore/In person return option? A location for personal delivery & exchange will be given after consultation
Refund of international HS TARRIF charges:
No refunds will be paid for any international HS TARRIF charges.
Items out of stock;
Aussie Digger reserves to right to either return/refund all monies paid if any item/s are out of stock at time of purchase. Or we will advise when the item will be back in stock.
or if any items are purchased in error if we are advised as soon as practicable by the buyer and we will amend any postage/freight charges accordingly, by the same means as used for payment. For example paypal, credit card etc If this is not available with buyers agreement a cheque may be sent or another similar item of same or greater value may be offered with consultation. Cash will not be sent as a refund in whole or partially.
Sizes/Colours out of stock; Aussie Digger Militaria will send the next higer size or another size with consultation/agreement from the buyer if that size or colour or shade etc is not on hand or available at time of purchase.
