WHAT can be returned?
Used items are not returnable or refundable. They are sold "As is"
New items may have a warranty, or can be returned if not fit for purpose (made incorrectly) and then either be exchanged or repaired at our descretion.
Goods damaged in transit.
If goods are received damaged all claims must be notified to us ASAP & then we'll strat the process with Australia Post or if you are outside Australia it will be up to you to liase with your local delivery carrier. They will have the correct claim form. We would like to be notified so we can help with this process and speed it along where neccessary. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs by shipping carriers. We strongly advise about purchasing insurance for all international orders, most will have some form of compensation available if goods are damaged so again get the claim form from your carrier and notify us straight away. We cannot fill out any claim forms and do not have these claim forms.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Goods must have a claim within 7 days after they have been received (or as soon as practicable) & must then be returned within a reasonable time after we have given the authority to do so.

HOW do customers return items?
If possible always return in original packaging.
SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are not refundable unless incorrect item was shipped, customer must pay for shipping the return item which then after consultation may be refunded
CREDIT for returns?
Store credit only after consideration of circumstances. A full refund may be granted but see above remarks.
Instore/In person return option?
A location for personal delivery & exchange will be given after consultation
